How long will it take for my safety cards to be produced?

Generally speaking, our cards can be produced in five to seven working days. We get started on your card as soon as we receive the completed Order Form (link to form). From that point, first proofs are usually ready within 48 hours. Once the proof is approved it takes 72 hours for printing and laminating.

What is the minimum amount of safety cards I can order?

We recognize that airlines and aircraft come in many different sizes and configurations, so our minimum order quantities start as low as 10 cards.

Are the safety cards approved by the FAA?

We recommend you show your final proof to your local FAA inspector for their comments and approval. Your cards will not be printed until everyone is happy with the contents.

We have also submitted cards for review by Transport Canada, The UK Civil Aviation Authority, and The European Aviation Safety Agency.

Can I have my company logo printed on the cover of the safety card?

We are happy to print your logo on the cards, as well as a photo of your aircraft, tail number, and serial number.

Are the cards printed in full color?

Yes. Cards are also laminated to prevent damage from food spills and general wear and tear.

Is it possible to have the cards designed to fit special pockets on our aircraft?

Absolutely! Our normal format starts with a sheet of stock card that is 14” wide by 10” high that folds twice. When folded the card dimensions are a manageable 4¾” wide by 10” high.

What forms of payment do you accept?

AirSafetyArt International accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Credit card orders receive free FedEx 2nd day shipping. Net 30 terms are also available.
